After much discussion, the InfoShare Steering Committee (ISC) has decided to cancel the November 2025 Aviation Safety InfoShare in Bellevue, Washington (November 18–20, 2025). The ongoing government shutdown has caused significant disruptions with logistics, planning, and staffing, making it impossible to hold the event as planned.
We know this news is disappointing and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience it may cause.
HOTEL CANCELLATION INFORMATION:
Hyatt Regency Bellevue, W Bellevue, and Westin Bellevue:
Anyone with a reservation in our designated room blocks at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue, W Bellevue, or Westin Bellevue should receive a cancellation notice from the hotel. If you DO NOT receive one, it is your responsibility to follow up with the hotel to confirm your cancellation.
The InfoShare support staff is not able to cancel or modify hotel reservations as part of the event cancellation.
Our team is working to ensure the aviation community has an opportunity to come together and discuss safety topics and lessons learned in 2026.
At the appropriate time, when the government has reopened and we are able to confirm future details, we will announce the dates for the next Aviation Safety InfoShare.
