Measuring Safety Culture Workshop

This workshop is limited to 50 participants. Attendance will be first come first served on-site, no advanced sign-up is needed. The same workshop will be offered three times:

Objective: To give delegates the practical tools needed to drive safety performance through a proactive safety culture.

Content:

• Safety Culture Components. What makes up a proactive safety culture, with a Just Culture at its core
• Driving a Safety Culture. What are the enablers that create the environment that a safety culture, balanced by commercial needs, can prosper in
• Safety Culture Assurance. How do we measure performance; moreover, how can we use the metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Case Studies. Real world examples of performance-based organizations taking action
